How to export Binance reports

Binance produces two families of CSV exports, both supported by CaixaUnica. For most users, Transaction History alone is enough; optionally upload the Financial Statement too to populate cost basis and rentability.

Primary source — Data Download Center

Report	Importer	When to use
Transaction History (full spot + earn activity)	`binance-tx`	Always. Most complete source: covers everything since account creation — spot trades, deposits, withdrawals, fees, Earn subscriptions/redemptions, staking rewards, airdrops.
Deposit History	`binance-deposit`	Subset of the above — only use if Transaction History isn't available for your window.
Withdraw History	`binance-withdraw`	Same.
Fiat Buy/Sell History	`binance-fiat-buy`	For card / PIX purchases that didn't show up correctly in Transaction History.

Heads up on double-count: Transaction History already covers deposits and withdrawals. If you upload it ALONGSIDE Deposit + Withdraw History, the same events land twice (cross-schema deduplication across these files is planned for a future release). For now, upload just Tx-History alone.

Secondary source — Financial Statement (optional, recommended)

Account Statement (annual report, e.g. `2024.csv`)	`binance-fs`	Carries the BRL value Binance assigned to each event at the time — lets the app compute `average price`, `liquid cost` and `rentability` that Transaction History alone can't.

Coverage: Financial Statement only goes back to 2022 — older trades end up without cost basis (but quantities and current position stay correct).

Auto-enrichment: when you upload Financial Statement after (or before) Transaction History, CaixaUnica matches each event between the two exports and copies the BRL price onto the primary row. The duplicate Financial Statement rows are marked as shadows and do not count toward your position.

Where to generate the files on Binance

Transaction History (primary)

Go to binance.com.
Wallet → Transaction History (direct link: Transaction History).
Generate statements (top-right): Generate Statements.
Max window: 12 months per file. For longer history, generate one file per year and upload them all.
Download the .csv (not .xlsx).

Financial Statement (secondary)

Account → Reports or direct link Report Center.
Pick Account Statement and the period (full year works well).
Download the .csv (the file is typically named AccountStatementPeriod_<id>_20240101-20241231_<hash>.csv or simply 2024.csv).

Import into CaixaUnica

Open Upload.
Drop the CSV. The detector auto-classifies as binance-tx (Tx- History) or binance-fs (Financial Statement).
If you have more than one file, upload one at a time — the enrichment fires after each import.
Pick the Binance wallet account (create one if it doesn't exist yet).
Click Run.

What to expect after the upload

Position (quantity) correct for every asset, including what's parked in Earn products (Flexible / Locked / Staking / ETH 2.0) — those don't count as "moved out" because they're still yours.
Cost basis and rentability populate after the Financial Statement upload, on the window it covers (2022+).
Liquidated assets (everything sold) show up under the "Sold" section of Wallet, separated from active holdings.
Assets without a yfinance price (very niche tokens — MONKY, EDG, some airdrops, sunset projects like LUNA classic) show correct position but R$ 0.00 value.

Common issues

Recent operation missing: Binance takes a few hours to consolidate swaps and Earn subscriptions. Wait 6h and regenerate the report.
Weird tickers (BTCUSDT, ETHBRL): CaixaUnica normalizes to the base asset (BTC, ETH). The pair quote currency follows as the transaction's currency.
Convert / Binance Convert: the Transactions report already includes these as a buy + a sell. No separate export needed.
ETH 2.0 Staking: treated as a conversion ETH → BETH (Beacon Chain wrapper); both assets appear separately in the wallet.
Earn Subscription / Redemption: counted as moves between your internal wallets — don't affect total position. Only the rewards (interest) book as income.
Negative position on an asset: indicates double-count (you uploaded Tx + Deposit + Withdraw History for the same period). Reset data via Account → Danger zone and upload Transaction History alone.
