How to export Movimentação and Negociação from B3
B3 (the Brazilian stock exchange) ships two consolidated reports via the Área do Investidor portal (formerly CEI). Both are supported:
- Movimentação — consolidated activity (buys, sells, dividends, JCP).
Importer:
b3-mov. - Negociação — executed trades. Importer:
b3-neg. Improves the average-price calculation when you have multiple executions on the same day.
Where to generate the files
- Sign in at investidor.b3.com.br with gov.br.
- Open Extratos e informativos → Movimentação (direct: Movimentação).
- Pick the period (B3 caps each export at 12 months).
- Click Exportar para Excel — file is
movimentacao-YYYY-MM-DD-HHMM.xlsx. - Repeat for Negociação (direct: Negociação) to capture the order book.
Both reports are also available inside most Brazilian brokers (XP, NuInvest, Rico, Clear, Toro) — they mirror the same B3 spreadsheet.
Import in CaixaUnica
- Open Upload.
- Drop both files; they're detected separately.
- Pick the wallet account (one
b3account is enough for every B3-listed asset — no need for one per broker). - Click Run.
Which to use

Gotchas
- 12-month export cap — download year by year and import all. Automatic deduplication makes overlaps safe.
- BTC (stock-loan) rows are imported as
aluguel-type movements; they affect cash flow but not the holding. - Missing fundamentals on a ticker — CaixaUnica reads fundamentals
from yfinance; thin coverage shows up as
n/din asset insights.
